Step 1: - Download the Exchange Backup Recovery Software and Run the downloaded file, Home page of the software will be displayed like this.
Step 2: - Click on Load button from menu bar to brows the bkf file.
Step 3: - Select the corrupted backup file and click on the Open button.
Step 4: - Next window will show the loading procedure and select the scan mode either Normal Scan or Advance Scan mode.
Step 5: - Software will list the complete item of selected mailbox.
Step 6: - Select a file and click on Extract option and proceed to next step.
Step 7: - Specify the location to store the recovered bkf file or you can create new folder by hitting on Make New Folder option and then click on Ok button to complete the process.
