    HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\
  • Locate Right Navigation Pane, Right-Click on the PendingFileRenameOperation and click on delet
  • Now close the Registry Panel.

Step 2:- Remove an orphaned UpdateExeVolatile registry key value.

  • Open the Registry Editor.
  • Find the HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Updates\
  • Go to Right Navigation Panel and click on the UpdateExeVolatile Key.
  • Set the Key Value to 0.
  • Finally close the Registry Editor.
